Welcome. As a long time litigator, head of our firm’s Business & Professional Litigation practice group and an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond, I have a chance to see the legal system in action as well as lawyers at all levels of experience work within the system. I’ve learned some lessons and have developed some strong opinions over the years.

I’m going to be talking about that on my blog, as well as about legal ethics, news in the field and values that are important to lawyers and law firms. I hope you’ll join in the conversation and check back here frequently for new material. I’m just getting started.
